Waterex undertake the job
of descaling of any equipment of any equipment like boilers, economizers, super
heaters, condensers & chillers of central A.C Plants, Vapour-calles, juice
Heaters , Kiers Heaters etc. without effecting the meal & complete dissolution
of scale formation , job being accomplished by experienced & dedicated technocrats.
In
chemical cleaning operation we adopt the following process:-
- Alkaline wash with our special chemicals
- Flushing
with raw water
- Complete descaling with our chemicals
- Flushing
with raw water
- Neutralization with our special chemical
- Flushing
with raw water
- Passivation with phosphate base chemical
Note: Please note that descaling process depends, upon the texture of scale formation.
Generally it takes maximum of 24 hrs for small boilers.
We
adopt recirculation system, for the supply of power. Water complete recirculation system
will be provided by the customer as per requirement of our experts.
Packing: 40 ltrs. 60 ltrs. in jerricane. Dosage:- depends upon the
thickness of layer/ texture of scale formation.
